Easy Lemonade Pie

This tried and true easy Lemonade Pie is made with just 4 ingredients. It’s the perfect combination of creamy, sweet and tangy.

Whether you need a no-bake dessert for the dog days of summer heat or for Thanksgiving dinner when the oven is busy roasting a turkey, this delicious lemonade pie recipe is a must for your recipe box.

  • prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • frozen lemonade concentrate
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • whipped topping

How to Make an Easy Lemonade Pie

Whisk together thawed lemonade concentrate and sweetened condensed milk. Add whipped topping. Fold whipped topping in gently until smooth and creamy and pour into graham crust, and chill for at least 4 hours.

Tips and Variations

While this easy lemonade pie is just perfect as it is, here are a few different ideas for preparing, serving and garnishing this delicious dessert.

  • make with pink lemonade for a fun twist (think “Barbie” themed party or Baby Shower)
  • garnish with fresh raspberries, blueberries or strawberries
  • freeze overnight and serve frozen for an extra cool summer dessert
  • make it a mini – use individual serving size tart shells
  • reserve about a half cup of whipped topping and spread over prepared pie when chilled.
  • make it a dessert in a jar – combine graham crumbs, sugar and a bit of melted butter and add about 2 tablespoons pressed into the bottom of small Mason jars. Top with filling and whipped cream

    Equipment

    • 1 large mixing bowl
    • 1 wire whisk or electric mixer
    • 1 rubber spatula

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 295 ml can frozen lemonade, thawed
    • 1 300 ml can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 large tub of Cool Whip, thawed
    • 1 graham cracker pie crust

    Instructions

    • In a large mixing bowl whisk together thawed lemonade concentrate and sweetened condensed milk until thickened and creamy.
    • Reserve about a half cup of Cool Whip for topping and fold remaining into the lemonade mixture until smooth and silky.
    • Pour into pie crust and chill for at least 4 hours. Top with reserved Cool Whip and Serve.

    Notes

    • This easy Lemonade Pie will keep for about 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to one month.
    • Garnish with berries if you like, just before serving.
