1 grill thermometer if grill is not already fitted with one
1 barbecue spatula large and long handled

1 ½poundpizza doughroom temperature
pizza or marinara sauce
shredded cheese
toppings of your choice
Instructions
Turn all gas grill burners on to medium and preheat to 450℉ with lid closed.
Divide dough into 4 equal portions, brush with oil and sprinkle with corn meal, roll into flat disks. Brush pre-heated grill with oil and place each pizza disk onto the grill, close lid and cook for about 3-4 minutes (keeping grill temp at around 400℉ (adjust heat as necessary).
Open lid, turn off heat to one half of the grill. Flip pizza dough once bottom is crispy with grill marks and top is bubbly, moving it to the side with heat off. Add sauce, cheese and toppings, close lid and continue to cook for about 8 minutes, checking at about the 6 minute mark, until crust cooked through and cheese is melted.
Notes
Store leftovers wrapped well in the refrigerator. Reheat on the grill or the oven at 350 degrees until heated through.
